Environment variables - CorporateLabs

Prefer the console Install / Intercept recipes when possible. Use these variables when scripting install or CI.

Installer

Variable	Purpose
`CLABS_INSTALL_DIR`	Directory for the `clabs` binary (default `~/.local/bin`)
`CLABS_CHANNEL`	Release channel: `latest` (default), `dev`, or leave unset
`CLABS_VERSION`	Pin an exact release (for example `v0.3.0`)

Auth and identity

Variable	Purpose
`CLABS_ACCESS_KEY`	Access key from a console installation (required to send events)
`CLABS_HOST_ID`	Optional host label (useful in CI, for example `gha-${{ github.run_id }}`)
`CLABS_ASSET_ID`	Optional asset label stamped on events (filterable in the console)

CLI equivalent for asset: -asset-id on sensor commands that support it.

systemd

User units typically load env from ~/.config/clabs/env. System units use /etc/clabs/env. Put CLABS_ACCESS_KEY=… there (mode 600). See Linux systemd.
